Utility Knife

With the prompt of "Utility Knife," I used tool steel and a full tang, using subtractive methods of grinding and angle cutting to refine the shape and create the bevel. I then used layers cut from PVC sheets for the handle, and titanium sheet metal anodized for the rainbow pattern as decoration, and secured it all with hollow rivets. By this point in my studies, I was leaning into more experimental methods, contrasting the more simple blade design with a more elaborate handle.
